Evelyn Von Brocke Fights to Return to APTRA After Expulsion

Evelyn Von Brocke continues her public and legal crusade to return to APTRA after her expulsion and insists the measure was unfair, stating she has no intention of giving up.

Her first move was to initiate a legal appeal, for which she presented a document to the board of directors and also pushed forward a lawsuit related to the leak of private chats mentioning Marcelo Polino.

In recent days, Von Brocke also used her social media to publicize the stage her case is at. She informed that she had already filed the appeal «on time and properly» and clarified that she is available to the board «in writing, in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp».

The gesture was seen as a way to pressure the case to move forward and avoid internal delays.

Additionally, the journalist expanded on her stance and made several definitions about the situation: «I filed my appeal so they will call me to the Board of Directors and I can speak».

On the other hand, she stated that «my lawyer is in charge of the situation», and also expressed: «I paid the January fee and left, because there is no legal expulsion yet».

The journalist also emphasized that her actions did not constitute a crime, as they were private conversations within a closed chat: «What I did was not a crime because it was a private chat».

Furthermore, she affirmed that she already «has a suspicion of who leaked it», indicating that the disclosed material comes from the same internal group.

Regarding her connections within the media, Evelyn distanced herself from some colleagues.

«My lawyer has 199 tapes», she said, referring to the material compiled as support.
